Linux "envsubst" Command Line Options and Examples
substitutes environment variables in shell format strings

Substitutes the values of environment variables.


Usage:

envsubst [OPTION] [SHELL-FORMAT]




Command Line Options:

-v
output the variables occurring in SHELL-FORMATInformative output:
envsubst -v ...
-h
display this help and exit
envsubst -h ...
-V
output version information and exitIn normal operation mode, standard input is copied to standard output, with references to environment variables of the form $VARIABLEor ${VARIABLE} being replaced with the corresponding values.
